We want to thank you for considering the Jewish Heritage Dormitory as your official home in Vienna.
Every year the Jewish Heritage Dormitory opens its gates to Jewish students from all around the world, that are coming to study and acquire an academic education at The Lauder Business School.
The rent is denominated in Euro per person/place/month and includes 10% VAT. The rent is a contribution to the actual costs and will be newly assessed at the beginning of each study year. The given prices are for standard rooms, prices may differ for other room types.
The rental agreement is for the duration of 11 months, can be terminated in writing and is subject to 2 months termination period.
Note: cancellation is possible only twice a year on 15 of December and 15 of April.
For first occupancy a deposit of 3 months and first month rent – must to be paid.
Please note:
You can move into the dormitory on the following days and times:
Monday through Thursday from 8.00 to 16.00 and Fridays from 8.00 to 13.00
If you wish to move in outside of business hours, you must pay a surcharge of €30,- according to prior written agreement.
